Corn Beef and Cabbage Events in Lorain County
With more than a dozen events scheduled, St. Patrick's Day in the Cayuga County area will look the most normal it has since the COVID-19 pandemic began in the U.S. two years ago.
From live music and Irish dance to corned beef and beer, here is what's happening locally in celebration of St. Patrick's Day:
Saturday, March 12
☘️ 40th anniversary St. Patrick's Day Parade, noon, South Salina Street, Syracuse. Theme: "Dance Through Downtown." The city's first St. Patrick's Day parade since 2019. Visit syracusestpatricksparade.org.

Barb Blom will offer an Irish prayer in front of Cayuga Lake National Bank, stroll with bagpiper to St. Patrick's Church and back to the Aurora Post Office, Crane Irish dancers performance in front of the post office at 4:30 p.m., Irish music sing-along with Joe and Karen Lonsky at 5 p.m., limerick contest at the Fargo hosted by Alan Clugston at 5:30 p.m. and "A Taste of Whiskey and Irish Treats" at Aurora Cooks!
